Refund Policy Late Fees Discipline Legal

1. Definitions

  • The terms "Coaching Centre", "institution", and "we" refer specifically to Neev Academy.
  • "Student" refers to any individual duly enrolled at Neev Academy after the successful payment of fees.
  • "Class" refers to all educational sessions conducted by authorized faculty, whether delivered in offline or online formats.

2. Refund & Fee Policy

Important: All fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including session withdrawals or exam cancellations.
  • Registration and admission fees are non-refundable.
  • If a student is rusticated or leaves the course midway, the remaining balance of the fee is forfeited.
  • The institution is not responsible for any personal reasons leading to a student's inability to attend classes.

3. Payment & Late Fees

  • Fees can be settled in a maximum of two instalments.
  • The first instalment is mandatory within the first week of joining.
  • The final settlement must be completed within 60 days of the admission date.
  • Late Fee Penalty: A late fee of Rs. 500 per week will be charged for any delay beyond the agreed dates.
  • Failure to clear total dues within 90 days will result in automatic cancellation of admission.

4. Student Conduct & Discipline

  • Neev Academy maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct, foul language, or threats directed at any staff member.
  • Inappropriate behavior by parents or guardians may also lead to the rustication of the ward without a refund.
  • Students must carry their official ID cards to the center; a Rs. 100 fee applies for issuing a replacement card.
  • Mobile phones must remain switched off or on silent mode during all classroom sessions.

5. Legal & Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes or differences arising shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by Neev Academy.
  • All legal proceedings and matters are strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal.
